Our red-brick architecture breathes naturally, reducing the need for artificial cooling. Solar energy and natural ventilation power much of our operation. The greenhouse and poultry farm supply the kitchen with fresh, organic produce, grown and raised without chemicals.
Beyond our walls, we invest in the local community, hiring locally, sourcing crafts and ingredients from nearby farmers, and sharing knowledge that uplifts and sustains. We invite our guests to engage with this ethos; to walk lightly, to learn, and to leave inspired.
