From sunrise breakfasts bursting with tropical fruit to evening dinners lit by lantern light, every dish tells the story of the season. You might find your salad garnished with basil grown metres from your table, or your morning eggs collected just that morning.

Our chefs blend Tanzanian ingredients with global inspiration, bringing comfort and discovery together in every bite. Dine on the rooftop terrace as the mountains glow at sunset, or in the garden under a canopy of stars. However you choose, it’s not just a meal, it’s the taste of Tanzania at its freshest.
